Once Each month during a regular Sunday Night service, we will have a break out time with just the men of the Evangel Family. Following a time of combined worship with our families there will be specialized ministry, for the children with Pastor Jeremy, for the youth with Pastor Stephen, with the ladies with Pastor Irene and with the Men with Pastor Mike. Topics will focus on becoming Men of Honor.
2. L.I.F.E. Groups Throughout the Week
Each week and throughout the month there will be multitudes of L.I.F.E. Groups focused on a variety of interests for men. Pastor Huck and Dan Wells will give direction and oversight and the Evangel men will serve in leadership in these groups
3. M.A.P.S.
PURPOSE
The purpose of the Evangel Temple M.A.P.S. Ministry is to glorify God by helping take the Good News of Jesus Christ to everyone around the globe. MAPS does this by building and remodeling churches, Bible colleges, orphanages, etc., both in the U.S. and abroad. Each person also accomplishes this purpose by serving as an example of Christ’s love, compassion and integrity while performing their functions.
GOAL
It is the goal of MAPS that its ministry becomes self-sufficient and independent of church funding. In working toward this goal, funds currently come from individual participants, projects, scholarships, individual donations and a church offering.
COMMITMENT
It is important that all members of MAPS feel called to the ministry, just as in other church ministries. With that calling comes a commitment to that ministry. If you are pursuing MAPS to see if it is God’s will for you, we welcome you during your pursuit of God’s will. If God has spoken to you about being a member of MAPS, we praise God for you and expect Him to do great things for His Kingdom in this ministry.
4. Iron Men
As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpents another. - Proverbs 27:17
Our Mission is to become the men that Jesus requires us to be by being men of strong commitment and men of powerful prayer. To sharpen one another as iron sharpens iron through PRAYER, SHARING, GIVING, LOVING, AND LIVING THE WORD OF GOD. We commit ourselves to compassionately reach out and bless those in need particularly who are handicapped children, the impoverished and the abandoned
The Ironmen is funded by:
