Every church needs to have a purpose statement that answers the question, "Why do we exist?" At Evangel, we filter every program, budget request and idea through our purpose statement. If whatever we plan doesn't help us meet our purpose, then we don't do it. Our purpose statement is balanced between four Biblical mandates for the local church. At Evangel, we exist to: Win, Worship, Teach and Touch.
